Cancellation of appointments

Cancellation of appointments require 24 hours’ notice. We reserve the right to charge full price for the missed appointment if cancelled within this time period, or if you fail to attend with no notice given.

Appointment rescheduling

Appointment rescheduling should be made with 24 hours of the appointment time, or 12 hours if we can reschedule you within the same week.

Extenuating circumstances are of course considered with cancellation or rescheduling or appointments.

New patients

As a new patient, if you are not 100% satisfied with the findings of your examination or treatment offered, we will not charge you for this appointment or will refund within 7 days. This guarantee will be based on mutual agreement between you and your therapist.
